It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it should not be read as a nudge to buy, sell, or hold anything. Treat it as background, not instruction.

About the numbers

The economic figures we show come from public datasets and appear as they were published — "as is." We take reasonable care, but we cannot promise that every value is complete, current, or free of error. Source agencies revise their data often, sometimes months later, and there may be a lag before those revisions reach these pages.

Links to other sites

Here and there we link out, usually to a data source or a piece of reference material. Those sites are not ours, and we cannot vouch for what they publish or whether they stay online. A link means "this may be useful," not "we endorse this."

When these terms change

The site evolves, and these terms will change with it. Whatever version is posted here is the one that applies, so if you rely on the site regularly it is worth a glance now and then. Keep using the site after an update and you have accepted the newer version.

Who owns what

The design, the layout, and the words we write are ours; please do not republish them without asking first. The economic data itself belongs to whoever originally published it, and their terms — not ours — govern how that data may be reused.
